FUSING TESTS

Though my focus has not been on warm-glass,  in response to numerous questions about slumping and fusing with this, I did a few quick tests.

As all manufacturers will tell you, test it yourself before committing to any major project.

Fusing Tests on Spectrum 100 Seedy 96coe est.

Full Fuse to 1450f

Vaseline strikes fiery opal 

                Yellow strikes to livery reds

                Orange strikes bright red

               Champagne strikes to reds   

SPECTRUM OPAL

The un-struck vaseline stringer nearly disappeared into the base glass. Click on the middle photo.
